Response to consultation by Committee on Standards in Public Life on ethical standards in local government
The Committee on Standards in Public Life is an independent body which provides advice to the Prime Minister on matters relating to ethics in public service.
At the moment (May 2018) they are carrying out an investigation of ethical standards in local government. They held a roundtable event on this issue in April to which we contributed (you can read a transcript of the session here).
