Dr Mark Egan
Dr Mark Egan is an experienced governance professional with a wide range of experience in parliaments, government and the charity sector. He worked in a variety of roles as a clerk in the House of Commons before becoming chief executive of Jersey’s parliament from 2015-22. He has undertaken numerous governance projects for international organisations and jurisdictions, is an independent adviser to the Welsh Senedd Commission and interim Chief Executive Officer of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
