Join us on the 30th June at 2pm for a free online 90 minute roundtable event to consider where next for corporate responsibility and trust.
The discussion will be hosted by Lord Bob Kerslake (former Head of the Civil Service) and Jacqui McKinlay – Chief Executive, Centre for Governance & Scrutiny, to explore new ways to increase trust through your responsible business activities.
Trust is at the centre of a business’s relationship with its employees, customers, suppliers and communities. Making commitments to goals and standards setting out how a business intends to be responsible and fair is now an expected norm. But are we going far enough to improve trust with these commitments and is oversight and validation of them sufficient?
What happens when plans to improve, for good reason, fall short? How transparent are these commitments to those people most affected? And how assured are we that they are being honestly achieved? These are serious challenges that reach the core of social responsibility and business ethics.
Places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis, so please register soon to avoid disappointment. Please note that this event is aimed specifically at those operating in the private and not for profit sectors.
