Ian leads on the development, delivery and client liaison for CfGS’s consultancy and training work, supporting organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors to make better decisions through improved governance. He has led many reviews in governance and change in a wide variety of organisations including local councils, non-profit and charitable organisations, housing associations, royal colleges and royal charter organisations. Ian has a background in the private sector and public service.
