Helen Bailey

Helen Bailey is the Chief Executive of the London Borough of Sutton. She has held Chief Executive roles in the London Borough of Islington and in North Somerset. She is also Director of the Leadership Centre in Local Government. 

Helen has experience in central and London government, having been a senior treasury official and has led the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime. She is an experienced consultant, a Trustee of Guys and St Thomas Charity and a former housing association board member
