Juliet Baker

Juliet is a Business Strategy and Operations professional with a track record of driving successful strategic programs across multiple geographies. She leverages on her skills in creative problem solving, focusing on connecting the dots between data, insights, processes, and people to drive customer-centric solutions and positive outcomes that are sustainable and profitable. 

She has over 15 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Analytics and Operations across several industries including FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Market Research, Fashion Retail, Tourism, Furniture Retail and Technology.

Currently, she works as a Go-To-Market (GTM) and Programs Manager at Adobe. She serves on the leadership team of the Adobe Black Employee Network (BEN) leading the Recruitment and Talent Pillar. Juliet is also a member of the Adobe Take Action Initiative Transparency and Governance taskforce which aims to improve diversity, identify and strengthen the most critical metrics, predictive indicators and business processes to improve racial/ethnic diversity, equity and inclusion at Adobe.

Juliet is passionate about inspiring and encouraging young people into STEAM Education & Careers. She is a Mentor with recent engagements for charities such as Active Horizon, YFYA (Your Future Your Ambition), Eastside & Urban Synergy. She is energised when empowering people to be their best selves in business or community.

Juliet has a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry & Nutrition (University of Ghana) and a Master’s degree in Applied Human Nutrition (Oxford Brookes University).
