Manisha Patel is a consultant and coach. Manisha applies her unique interdisciplinary skillset to her work supporting organisations and individuals with systemic change. Manisha adopts a ‘floor to board’ approach with her inclusion and culture work, applying her coaching and facilitation skills to support leadership at every level. Manisha is currently working with a range of high profile organisations providing strategic advice on diversity, inclusion and organisational culture.

Manisha is the Co-Founder of the Female Executive Mentoring Programme (FEM) – a programme to support diverse female talent to progress to senior positions. Manisha holds two board roles; she is a Non-Executive Director for Lawyers in Local Government and the Chair of the Walworth Town Hall Community Space management board.

Manisha’s career spans across both the public and private sector, working in a range of professional roles, she has built and led high performing and innovative community clinical services in the NHS and has won awards for her work as the Founder and Chair of staff networks representing over 7000 NHS staff.

Manisha is passionate about wider integration and cohesion, she hopes to focus on ’building bridges’ community initiatives within London with the aim to reduce societal divisions.
