Pandora’s career is built on a strong foundation of strategic thinking, project management, and team leadership. She excels in developing and implementing organisational development, overseeing compliance and scrutiny processes, and facilitating collaborative efforts to improve public services. She is known for her ability to foster positive working relationships and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Pandora has a background in the public sector, charity and not for profit sector at hyper local and European scale. With this experience, she brings a wealth of expertise in managing and optimising operational processes to drive organisational success.

Pandora is committed to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of public sector organisations, local authorities, and charities. She understands the unique challenges and opportunities faced by these institutions and provides tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

She is passionate about inclusive design and co-production, setting conditions for citizens to be at the heart of decision-making. Her deep co-production skills and attributes have been central to a wide number of organisations and teams shifting to a co-production mindset.

She is also qualified coach, experienced in working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, supporting people to unlock their own solutions in a way that builds confidence and agency.
