Radhika has been a management consultant within financial services, currently works at Mastercard and is an expert in the payments sector.
Over the last decade, Radhika has held several leadership positions within Mastercard, gaining robust experience across multiple geographies (she joined as the Head of Strategy for the Middle East & Africa), products and services (she was the Chief of Staff to the President for Global Processing) and customer management (she led business development globally for Mastercard’s key account HSBC). Since 2018 she has been leading a pan-European business development team, and in early 2021 – given the rapid shift to digital over the previous year – realigned focus to growing Mastercard’s partnership with large digital players.
A management consultant with Booz & Company for seven years prior, Radhika’s sector specialisation was in Consumer Payments and Private Banking. She has co-authored multiple white papers, including Cards Strategy: International Growth Opportunities (2005) and Private Banking After The Perfect Storm (2010). She has also co-hosted industry conferences on consumer and mobile payments.
Prior to Booz & Company, Radhika worked for Lloyds TSB, first within the Risk Management team and then as a Portfolio Manager within the Strategy & New Product Development team.
Radhika has lived in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and India, and worked across multiple other countries across the world. Radhika holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Masters Degree in Operational Research from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College, University of Mumbai.
