Jesse is the Senior Project Officer at CFGS. He joined the organisation following several years as a core team member at Apolitical, where he was the senior manager for research and thought leadership on public sector capability building. While there, he led the development of one of the largest global assessments of public sector AI readiness; he was closely involved in the design and development of the UK Government’s Digital Excellence Programme; and led a major global survey on public sector learning and development.
He’s passionate about building stronger, more capable and confident public institutions that are better equipped to deal with the challenges posed by new technologies. At CFGS, Jesse will be closely involved in our efforts to support councils through our consultancy, learning and thought leadership work.
He holds a Masters in Public Administration and independently publishes research and insights on public sector capability building through Capability Lab.
