Change game – major transformation governance training

November 16, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

£179

Transformation is arguably the biggest systemic challenge faced by local government. It will see the way that councils work change beyond recognition. Scrutiny members, and the officers that support them, need to understand the important role scrutiny can play in helping shape local government transformation. This major transformation governance training event will help members and officers understand the big opportunities for scrutiny arising out of councils’ plans and better prepare for the increasing complexities that lie ahead.

This course includes a resource pack for delegates to help them work through the issues most councils will face as they go through major transformation.
