Scrutinising Council Performance

The session will be based on practice at a range of councils as each council’s use of performance information is will depend on a range of different factors, unique to that authority.

 

The session will include an explanation of performance management and its importance and discussion of the fundamental building blocks required in order to achieve the aim of improving outcomes for the public.

  • Culture of improvement and positive behaviours
