Consultancy and Support

Central to our work is promoting organisational cultures which are open to challenge and scrutiny – this forms an essential bedrock on which governance behaviours, structures and processes become effective.

People with decision-making duties, and those holding them to account as non-executives, hold a responsibility in common – a responsibility to act in the interests of good governance, and a responsibility to act accountable and with probity.

We provide a range of services, from multi-year corporate governance support for large multinationals to one-off training sessions for elected members in district councils.

Please click on the links below to read more about what we can offer in each of these sectors, alongside brief case studies of our work in practice.
