Consultancy and Support

Central to our work is promoting organisational cultures which are open to challenge and scrutiny – this forms an essential bedrock on which governance behaviours, structures and processes become effective.

People with decision-making duties, and those holding them to account as non-executives, hold a responsibility in common – a responsibility to act in the interests of good governance, and a responsibility to act accountable and with probity.

We provide a range of services, from one-off training sessions for elected members in small district councils to multi-year corporate governance support for large multinationals. .
