Position paper and explainer: the Government’s health White Paper

This document explains some of the key features of the new White Paper, with a focus on the role of local health scrutiny, and makes suggestions on matters where we consider Government needs to revise its proposals. We invite any views from scrutiny practitioners and other interested parties.
